Nova Southeastern University Masters in Public Health Program Through our affiliation with the Consortium for Excellence in Medical Education, Osteopathic Residents are offered the opportunity to pursue a Masters in Public Health degree from Nova Southeastern University at no cost to them. These online courses allow residents the flexibility to pursue the degree throughout the course of the residency. ERAS®—the Electronic Residency Application Service—is a service that transmits residency applications, letters of recommendation, Dean's Letters/ MSPE, transcripts, and other supporting credentials from applicants and medical schools to residency programs using the Internet.
